Can anyone tell me what flowers grow best in the south around Oklahoma?

Please I want to find out what flowers grow best in Oklahoma for Spring, Summer and Fall. Any advice?

Can anyone tell me what flowers grow best in the south around Oklahoma?
I'm from Oklahoma. What do I grow? (These aren't my photos; they're just "borrowed"!)

Daylilies http://www.bintgoddess.com/plantpics/ora... Perennial. Spreads via underground "tubers". Full sun.

Garden phlox http://lesliet.typepad.com/photos/tower_... Many different colors. Perennial. Full sun.

Iris http://www.bettyhallphotography.com/imag... Many different colors. Perennial; spreads via underground tubers. Full sun.

Four o'clocks http://www.planetnatural.com/planetnatur... Small bush that dies back every year. Self-seeds, spreads via undergound tubers. Many different colors. Full sun.

Shasta daisy. http://www.pleasantlakesoftware.com/imag... Partial sun, likes moist rich soil. Perennial.

Zinnias. http://www.flickr.com/photos/9706811@N08... Bright, colorful. Can be prone to mildew, so don't overwater. Can self-seed and return year after year.

Sedum. http://www.susanavery.com.au/samples/flo... Succulent that likes dry hot weather. Many different sizes, shapes, colors. Perennial.

Moss roses (portulaca). Many different colors. Full sun, dry dusty sandy soil. Self-seeds.

Gaillardia (Indian Blanket). Oklahoma's state wildflower. http://www.flickr.com/photos/lll/4604071... Full sun, dry dusty soil. Perennial.

Dianthus ("pinks"). http://billybeezer.com/images/garden/dia... Full sun. Many different colors. "Tender" perennial, which means it can come back year after year if it's protected over the winter with mulch. They're called "pinks" because the edges of the flowers look like they've been cut with pinking shears.

I grow all of the above (and more) on my property in central Oklahoma. Any of the above would work well for you.
